Qualifying Marks for M.A Admissions 2016-17

The minimum eligibility condition to be admitted (for those taking the Admission Test) is a score of 50% for the UR category and 45% for the OBC category.  Please note that eligibility does not guarantee admission, since seats will be filled in order of merit (score in Admission Test) for each category.

Please read the following disclaimer:

"The "Qualifying Marks in the Entrance Examinations" are the minimum marks required to be eligible for admission to the Course. However, in all Courses wherein admissions are based on the rank/merit in the entrance examination, securing the Qualifying Marks in the Entrance Examinations is not a guarantee for admission, but  merely an entitlement to be considered for admission. Admission to such Courses shall depend upon the availability of seats in the course, and other requirements as notified in the Bulletin of Information."
