REVISED NOTICE (FROM FINANCE BRANCH)
Madam/Sir,
In continuation of our earlier letter dated 24.01.2024, again I am directed to inform you to direct the students of your department to claim outstanding bills upto the financial year 2023-24 within 15 days i.e. till 15.02.2024, after that the bills will not be entertained in the financial year 2023-24. This may be taken up seriously for lapses of grants by UGC as well as release of fellowships to students.
Please note Finance Branch-X will not be liable for lapse of funds.
This may be treated as MOST-URGENT.
